For electronic and electrical circuit inspection, RISE ONE's proprietary probe unit mechanism delivers contact testing with high repeatability.
It greatly reduces the risk of pin breakage, achieving both stable inspection quality and longer service life.

Floating Mechanism
A built-in floating mechanism absorbs slight tilt and misalignment of the workpiece, maintaining stable contact force for highly repeatable inspection.
Pin Breakage Prevention
A mechanical safety mechanism detects overload and stops contact, preventing breakage of costly probe pins. This greatly reduces maintenance costs and the risk of downtime.
