Concept Design & Proposal
Based on what we hear, we develop the optimal machine concept. We present concept drawings and a quote, and align on specifications. Because everything is fully custom, we can tailor every detail to your requirements.

Detailed Design
After your order, we carry out mechanical design in 3D CAD (SolidWorks), electronic circuit design, and control software design in parallel. Through design reviews (DR) with you, we refine every detail.
Our mechanical, circuit, and software teams work together in-house for integrated design.

Manufacturing & Assembly
Based on the design drawings, we procure, machine, and assemble parts. Our assembly and adjustment specialists carefully finish each machine. With in-house manufacturing, quality is controlled at every step.

検査・動作確認
We thoroughly test operation and check quality in-house. Only after passing every inspection item in your specifications do we prepare for shipment.

Delivery, Installation & Startup
We deliver the machine to your factory and take full responsibility through installation and startup.
We also fine-tune on-site and train your operators.

After-Sales Support
After delivery, we provide long-term support through maintenance and improvement or modification proposals.
With improvements based on how your machine is running, we keep helping you boost productivity.
