Also worked in electronic circuit design at a previous job, mainly on mass-produced products.
Joined RISE ONE, drawn to its style of building every machine to order with no catalog.
Figures out how to bring to life the "body" created by mechanical designers, handling the electrical and electronic circuits that serve as the machine's "nervous system."
Why did you decide to join RISE ONE?
At my previous job, I designed electronic circuits mainly for mass-produced products.Wanting to take on design with more freedom, I joined RISE ONE, which builds custom machines. Here, I can design circuits to meet each customer's unique requirements. How do we bring to life the "body" that the mechanical designers create? That's the role of electronic circuit design. I find it rewarding to design the "nervous system" of machines.
What does electronic circuit design involve, and what makes it rewarding?
The moment a machine runs stably on a circuit I designed.I feel a great sense of accomplishment especially when noise countermeasures or fine-tuning of signal control work out. When customers tell us "We have fewer problems now" or "Accuracy has improved," I truly feel the value of this work.Circuit design may look unglamorous, but it plays a key role in determining a machine's performance. The fun of electronic circuit design lies in working with the mechanical, control, and software teams to build the optimal circuit."Designing the 'nervous system' of machines. The moment a machine runs on my circuit is my greatest joy."

Tell us about a memorable project.
A project that stands out is one where an unexpected malfunction occurred during startup.I isolated the causes one by one and redesigned part of the circuit.Working with the mechanical and control engineers, we made improvements and delivered the machine successfully.Overcoming that trouble still gives me confidence today. When the customer reported that the machine was running stably, I was truly relieved.
What is the workplace like?
It's "free and positive."New technologies and improvement ideas are welcomed here. We're close with supervisors and teammates, and we talk to each other freely across departments.Workload varies by project, but overtime is usually light and paid leave is easy to take.I feel it's a place where you can work for a long time.
What does a typical day look like?
9:00 Start of Day & Morning Meeting
Review today's work plan and share progress
9:30 Circuit Design & Simulation
Schematic design, SPICE simulation, and PCB layout
12:00 Lunch Break
Team lunch and a chance to recharge
13:00 Circuit Evaluation & Measurement
Evaluating prototype boards and checking waveforms with an oscilloscope
15:30 Problem Analysis & Design Improvement
Analyzing root causes of issues found in evaluation and designing improved circuits
18:00 End of Day
Wrap up by summarizing evaluation results
A message for those interested in electronic circuit design?
If you want to use your electronic design knowledge to build machines that actually run, this is the ideal environment. You won't stop at design. You'll experience on-site startup too, so your skills are sure to grow. Please come see our workplace.Let's build one-of-a-kind machines together.
