【Overview】
A system that precisely aligns product sheets and applies hot melt adhesive.
It aligns the loaded product sheet, applies hot melt, performs image inspection, and then transfers the sheet out.
【Specifications & Features】
■ Coating position accuracy: ±0.1 mm
■ Alignment: Products are held by vacuum suction. After target marks are detected by camera, position is corrected on the table's XYθ axes.
■ Image inspection: Measures the shape and height of the applied material.
■ Tact time: 30 s per sheet (16 products)
