【Overview】
A collating machine that bonds sheets processed in a separate process to unprocessed sheets (up to 4 layers) using an ultrasonic welder.
It performs image and quality inspection of the processed sheets and punches NG areas for handling.

High-speed controlled axes and fast SCARA robot positioning and operation enable high-speed processing.
