I wanted to be part of a company still in its growth phase and take on challenges as a member of the team. The biggest reason was the impression the employees made on me at the company briefing and interviews. I thought, "I want to work with these people."

Compared to My Previous Job

How has your work changed compared to your previous job?
A
At my previous job, I mainly worked on production line equipment with fixed specifications. Many projects took a year to assemble and another six months to deliver, and I spent most of the year on business trips.
Now I mostly handle smaller machines, and many projects are delivered in about six months.
Business trips have dropped to about two months a year, and my work style has greatly improved.
I have more time with my family and can now value my personal life.

When a customer we delivered a machine to places a repeat order,
or when follow-up sales go smoothly, I really feel I've contributed to the whole company.
Seeing a machine I assembled actually running at a customer's site
makes me glad I do this work.

What is the workplace like?
A
"A workplace where we look out for each other and value teamwork." We sometimes go fishing on the company-owned cruiser, though joining is always optional.
At work, collaboration across teams is key, and everyone acts with others in mind, so you can work with peace of mind. Overtime depends on the project, but it's an environment where you can still value your personal life.
