Why This Role
This is a specialist position in electronic and electrical circuit design, focused on inspection equipment.
You will design electronic circuits for machines that demand high precision and reliability, such as semiconductor manufacturing equipment and ECU inspection systems.
From analog and digital circuit design to PCB design and the development of measurement and signal processing circuits, you will be involved in a wide range of work and build deep engineering expertise. We also offer highly competitive pay.

Responsibilities
Electronic circuit design for inspection and FA equipment
(Analog & Digital)
Design and implementation of high-speed signal processing and precision measurement circuits
PCB design and layout
Design of inspection jigs and measurement circuits (electrical characterization)
Testing, debugging, and performance evaluation of prototype boards
EMI countermeasures and EMC design
Preparing design documentation for mass production
A Day in the Life
Start of Day & Progress Check
Reviewing previous day's measurements and today's design tasks
Circuit Design & Simulation
Circuit simulation with tools such as LTspice, PCB layout design
Lunch Break
Team lunch (60 min)
Prototype Board Evaluation & Debugging
Checking waveforms and identifying issues with oscilloscopes and spectrum analyzers
Collaboration with Software Team
Aligning signal specifications and reviewing interface design
End of Day
Recording design notes and evaluation results
Who We're Looking For
3+ years of hands-on experience in electronic circuit design (analog & digital)
Experience with PCB design tools
(KiCad / Altium Designer, etc.)
Experience in circuit design for
measurement, inspection, or industrial equipment
Experience in evaluation using oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, etc.
Eager to apply advanced expertise and
lead design from the early stages
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
Experience developing high-speed signal processing with FPGAs
Knowledge and experience in EMI countermeasures and EMC design
Experience developing semiconductor manufacturing equipment or precision measurement instruments
Electrician or Chief Electrical Engineer (Denken) certification a plus
