Electrical Circuit Design for FA Machines

Why This Role
In this role, you handle everything from electrical circuit design to control panel assembly, wiring, and adjustment.
You'll build what you design with your own hands and see it through to a finished machine.
Working closely with the mechanical design and software teams, you cover the entire electrical system of FA and inspection equipment.
With plenty of room to grow, you can aim to become an electrical design leader.
Responsibilities
FA機器・検査装置の電気回路設計
（CADEWAまたはEPLAN使用）
制御盤・操作盤の設計・組立・配線
Creating and debugging PLC ladder programs
(Mitsubishi, Omron, etc.)
サーボモーター・ステッピングモーター等の駆動系設計
装置全体の電気系統の調整・動作確認・デバッグ
お客様先への出張設置・立上げサポート（月1〜2回程度）

出社・朝礼
当日の作業確認、機械設計チームとの調整
電気回路設計
CADEWAを使った電気配線図・制御盤レイアウトの設計

制御盤組立・配線
設計した制御盤への部品実装・配線作業
PLCプログラム・デバッグ
ラダープログラムの作成・装置との通電テスト
End of Day
Recording work and checking parts orders for the next day
Who We're Looking For
電気回路設計・制御盤設計の実務経験（1年以上）
Basic knowledge of or experience with PLC ladder programming
Experience with motor control or sensor signal processing
電気設計と組立・調整の両方に携わりたい方
Electrician or Chief Electrical Engineer (Denken) certification a plus
