OJT with senior engineers. Learn to read drawings
and basic SolidWorks operation

Up to 1 Year
Handle simple part design.
Participate in machine assembly and adjustment

Independently handle
design at the subunit level
After joining, a senior engineer will support you one-on-one.
We also offer an in-house SolidWorks training program. Rather than "classroom study," you grow by working hands-on with real machines.
Responsibilities
Learn mechanical design of FA and inspection equipment through OJT under senior engineers
3D mechanical design with SolidWorks (training provided)
Start by assisting with part and assembly drawings, then gradually move on to lead design
Participate in machine assembly, adjustment, and operation testing
Attend customer meetings and support specification reviews
A Day in the Life (6 Months In)
Start of Day & Morning Meeting
Review today's tasks and instructions from senior engineers
OJT Design Work
Designing parts in SolidWorks with guidance from senior engineers
Lunch Break
Lunch nearby with peers and senior colleagues (approx. 60 min)
Assembly Support & Observation
Join actual machine assembly and experience the technology firsthand
Design Review
Senior engineers check your design and give feedback
End of Day
Daily report. Overtime averages about 20 hrs/month
Who We're Looking For
Passionate about MONODUKURI (Manufacturing) and eager to grow as an engineer
Background in mechanical, electrical, or science/engineering studies (vocational school, university, etc.)
Eager to learn and work as part of a team
SolidWorks experience a plus (training provided)
Enjoy making things, such as crafts, DIY, or robotics
