Each time, you take on a different customer's challenge and design and build the optimal machine from scratch. You'll be involved end to end, from 3D design in SolidWorks to parts machining, assembly, and adjustment, gaining a broad range of engineering skills.
Our machines range from ECU inspection systems for the automotive industry to semiconductor manufacturing equipment, with over 100 projects completed every year. Experience the satisfaction of seeing a machine you designed running on a major manufacturer's production line.
Responsibilities
3D mechanical design of FA and inspection equipment
using SolidWorks
Planning transfer mechanisms, precision positioning mechanisms,
and space-saving designs
From customer interviews to concept proposals
Preparing design specifications
Creating part and assembly drawings, and ordering machining from partner factories
Assembly, adjustment, and operation testing of mechanical parts (including on-site attendance)
Improvement and modification design for existing machines

Start of Day & Morning Meeting
Review today's tasks, brief team meeting (about 10 min)
3D Design Work
Mechanism design, interference checks, and drawings in SolidWorks
Lunch Break
Company cafeteria or nearby (approx. 60 min)
Customer Meetings & Spec Review
Confirming spec changes and preparing proposals
Assembly & Adjustment
Assembling designed parts, testing operation, and fine-tuning precision
End of Day
Completing work reports and preparing for the next day
Who We're Looking For
Design experience with 3D CAD software such as SolidWorks
Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, electronic, or metalworking fields
Experience in designing or manufacturing automation, labor and power saving equipment
Passionate about MONODUKURI (Manufacturing) and committed to solving customer challenges
Able to work collaboratively as part of a team
Preferred Skills & Experience
Design experience with FA equipment, inspection systems, or production line equipment
Experience with pneumatic and hydraulic equipment
Experience operating NC machine tools and machining centers
Knowledge of quality control and inspection processes
